I'm a designer and a developer living on Coast Salish territory, in Vancouver, BC. I come from eastern Ontario, raised near freshwater and the deciduous forest, and I came to the West Coast in 2010 where it didn't take long to fall in love with salt seas and sky-high mountains.
I design and build things that tell stories. In addition to my HTML, CSS, PHP (Wordpress) and JavaScript skills, I offer a range of photography services–including headshots, portraiture and product photography–along with
illustration and copywriting to ensure every detail is just right, and made just for you. I love to experiment with layout and combine media to create unique and compelling narratives.
My background in news reporting and photojournalism has fostered in me a documentary style, an
eye for detail and the desire to get to the heart of the matter.
Feel free to drop me a line or follow along on Instagram.
I love buying film cameras from Craigslist and taking them backpacking. I love making jam and pickles and mustard. I love cookies made with shortening (don't @ me). I love vintage posters and bright colours. I love flat design and gritty textures and perogies and farmer sausage. I love red hair, good sunscreen and cold-water swimming. Did I already say bright colours?
